Due to the custom nature of Knot Your Average Crafts products, all items are final sale. By purchasing an item, you agree to this return policy. Damaged items will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact me and we will work it out! I want my customers to be satisfied.
Damaged item
If the item was damaged upon shipping, it will be refunded and or replaced based on your desires. Customer must contact me at knoturaveragecrafts@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving item to process return. Shipping charges are unfortunately non-refundable.
